In an attempt to select the best match between possible new 'pet' homes and individual cats, we ask that all potential new parents answer the following questions. It will help us match each cat's purrsonality and needs with its new family. All the information is confidential and is used by us only to make a proper match between a SmokeyCoons cat/kitten and a potential owner. 

We hope that some day our ISP (internet service provider) will download the Microsoft Front Page extensions that will allow them to interpret html forms. In the meantime, simply print out a copy of this page to use as a guide in answering the questions and email us your responses to elaine@smokeycoons.com . You will receive a confirmation stating that we received your questionnaire and whether we have a cat that matches your needs.
